Meet Jeanette and Irma Leon

We’re Jeanette and Irma, sisters, Coachella Valley locals, and the owners of Leon’s Landscaping & Tree Service, Inc. We’ve been shaped by this desert since childhood, learning the value of hard work and stewardship early on, guided by our father and built on the legacy our family created here.

For decades, we’ve grown alongside this valley. Many of our clients have been with us for years, some for generations, and our crew feels like family, too. We don’t just design landscapes; we nurture living spaces with intention: honoring water, honoring place, protecting pollinators, and creating gardens that feel grounded, cohesive, and alive.

Whether we’re installing a new landscape, maintaining and refining an established garden, or caring for trees that anchor a property, our work is a partnership with the land and a commitment to the people who trust us with their homes.

We’re grateful to be part of this community, and honored to help shape the beauty of the Coachella Valley, one thoughtful project at a time.

Jeanette Leon - Partner, Creative Director

Rooted in the desert and led by design, I specialize in landscape design + installation across a range of styles, always guided by my love for nature and the place we live. I’m passionate about local plant species, water-wise beauty, and pollinator-friendly habitats, creating gardens that feel both elevated and alive. My goal is to build stunning, generational landscapes while nurturing real relationships with my clients, pushing my limits, staying curious, and always remaining a student of the land.

Irma Leon - Partner and Contractor

My work centers on creating water-efficient landscapes that feel like sanctuaries and foster a deep connection to place. By bringing native desert plantings into homes and properties, I shape outdoor spaces that are functional, sustainable, and intentional - honoring the land, conserving water, and feeling grounded and alive.
